The refund policy will vary depending on the course, workshop, training, or event for which you registered and paid. Below are our standard refund policies, unless otherwise stated.
SFA Instructor-Led Courses Refund Policy:
Payment for SFA instructor led courses can be refunded one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition amount paid, provided no more than fifty percent (50%) of the program has been completed and the refund request is received within ten (10) calendar days commencing on the date listed as the Start Date in the PACE catalog.
ed2go Fundamentals Courses Refund Policy:
- Instructor-Led and Self-Paced Courses:
- Enrollments can be dropped and refunded for up to thirteen (13) calendar days after the session access start date, as shown in the OAC, provided the following:
- Student has not submitted a final exam
- Student status is not Complete
- Instructor-Led Course Bundles:
- A drop of the entire bundle is allowed within thirteen (13) calendar days of the original course access start date of the first course in the bundle.
- The bundle must be treated as a single registration. Individual courses within the bundle cannot be dropped.
ed2go Advanced Career Training Refund Policy:
For refunds requested within ten (10) calendar days commencing on the date listed as the Start Date in the ed2go Student Center, one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition amount shall be refunded, provided no more than fifty percent (50%) of the program has been completed and all course materials are returned in as-new condition to ed2go at the student’s expense within 10 days from the date return instructions are sent. If an exception is warranted please keep in mind that there are material, facilitator and vendor fees associated with each program that you will be responsible for.
